The negative reviews here are mostly about online deliveries (of which I have no experience), and those might be right. But the store? It's just lovely! Every time I go I have a wonderful experience. I have to take the pieces for traveling and the staff has always been super helpful and friendly finding the right-sized boxes and packing everything super well. The pieces are just gorgeous, I really have to stop myself from buying too much.
We love Motel A Miio! Ordered because of Corona but everything arrived within 2 weeks and the cups are as beautiful as we remembered them. We even got a replacement for a little damaged espresso cup ❤️
I made a purchase on your website, on November 19, asking to postpone the shipment, because I was going to go on a trip for several weeks and I could not receive the package.I also wrote to customer service an additional message to be sure that my request would be taken into account.I received confirmation that this was the case and that the site will ship my order at a later date agreed upon together.Two days later I received an automatic message telling me that my products had been shipped!Then no more news.On December 23, I contacted customer service and have had no response since (ticket 100891).While I should have received my products around mid-December to offer them for Christmas, I still don't have them! I had to give other gifts instead.In addition, all messages on the site are sent to me in German, you have a multilingual site, at the very least, sending messages in English is the minimum.The shopping experience is really pathetic on your website, your customer service is a total nonsense.

Order shipment is a coin toss and the company won’t refund you appropriately. Shop elsewhere.
I love the products here!So beautiful, colorful, and pretty great value for money in my opinion!Just moved homes and bought all new plates from the shop!Recommend it - also pretty great for some nice little gifts! 😉 🎁
